Welcome!

CALA Conference 2026 – Connect 4 Children shines a spotlight on the transformative power of connection in shaping children’s lives. Bringing together families, partners, communities, and children’s voices, the conference explores how strong, meaningful relationships support children’s wellbeing, development, and long-term outcomes.

The conference particularly highlights holistic, family-centred and community-led approaches that amplify children’s voices, strengthen relationships, and support sustainable change. It also celebrates the unique value of connections, showing how relationships between children and their wider communities enrich lives across communities. Through our speakers, you will hear real-world practice examples and shared learning that demonstrate how placing children and families at the heart of services fosters a stronger sense of belonging and supports children to thrive.

Above all, Connect 4 Children is a celebration of collaborative working and the lasting, positive impact we can achieve when we work together for children.
