Assistant Manager - Inverness

Cradle-Hall Nursery is recruiting for an experienced, inspirational, committed Assistant Manager to join our friendly team.

Cradle-Hall Nursery is an established nursery with an excellent reputation and is graded 5 (Very Good) with the Care Inspectorate.

This role requires a strong, outgoing, proactive person with excellent organisational and staff management skills who will be a positive role model for the staff team.

The role will include working directly with the children to provide a high-quality, active learning environment in addition to working with the Nursery Manager on all management duties.

Good knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition and How Good is our Early Learning and Childcare is essential.

Applicants must be qualified to HNC, SVQ3 or equivalent in childcare and have at least 2 years post-qualifying experience. A degree qualification is an advantage but not essential.

We will support the successful applicant with any future training and professional development opportunities that may be identified for role progression and career development.
