Christmas Fun at Kyleakin Family First

Our new group – Kyleakin Family First – celebrated the end of term with some Christmas fun. We enjoyed working with salt dough, sparkly spaghetti, festive painting and cotton wool snowmen, rounding off with a party full of messy play fun with “real” snow, face painting, bubbles, balloons, biscuit decoration and of course a sing-a-long with jingly bells.

We’re looking forward to a new year and lots of new experiences. The Family First Coordinators from Skye and Lochalsh were also privileged to be invited to participate in the Cuillen FM “Cram the Van” Appeal and were able to help distribute presents to around sixty children in the area. Highlanders are rightly famous for their generosity and it’s a real joy to be part of sharing that kindness.
