Training

Our Trainers

CALA employs a small team of experienced trainers who work closely with colleagues in Highland to bring current, relevant and innovative training to staff and parents working with babies, children and young people. We pride ourselves in being responsive to the needs of our membership in Highland and Moray and in keeping abreast of national and local trends in childcare and education.

Learn more about CALA’s trainers on the Meet the Team page.

Workshop Training

In addition to in-service training for practitioners, learning opportunities for parents we also deliver workshop training across the Highlands and other local authorities, sometimes as requested by Local Childcare Partnerships. Individual settings can commission training to meet the learning needs of their staff team.
