About CALA Staffbank

CALA Staffbank strives, on a daily basis, to provide relief staff to work in a wide variety of childcare centres across Highland, contributing to the smooth running of services during periods of staff absence, holidays, training and maternity leave etc.

Who and how to become a client of CALA Staffbank

Any Care Inspectorate Registered Childcare Centre in Highland and Moray can register as Clients to access the support of our Relief Childcare Practitioners.

Working with CALA Staffbank

The CALA Staffbank provides a unique opportunity for both men and women to work or gain experience working in the childcare sector in a variety of stimulating environments.

We welcome applications throughout the year from a diverse workforce including those looking for a new, interesting and challenging role working with children, to those qualified or working towards their Childcare Qualification.

The Relief Childcare Practitioner role is totally flexible, giving you total control over when and where you work, in a supportive environment with many training opportunities.
