Your Commitment

Smart Start forms an essential part of the health improvement support that we provide across the whole life span from pre conception onwards and is funded by NHS Highland. It is important for us to monitor the impact of improving better health outcomes for the children engaged with the programme.

Each of the 6 sections of Smart Start contain suggestions for recording children and parents thoughts and reflections along with an evaluation pro forma.

We would be grateful if you could regularly updated us with evaluations of the work you have been doing relating to the pack. Evaluations can be submitted to us by post (address can be found on the ‘contact page’) or by completing our on line form by pressing the ‘evaluation form’ tab.
