There’s ‘Ambition’ at Glenbervie Kindergarten Larbert Nursery!

Last Saturday (21st Nov), Manager Sharon and her staff team worked hard ‘Building the Ambition’ for the children and families they work with at the Glenbervie Kindergarten Larbert Nursery in Falkirk, when CALA Childcare Solutions (CCS) delivered a full day’s training session on the national guidance for early learning and childcare.

Tutor presentation, whole group tasks and feedback, followed by lots of reflective discussion, provided staff with dedicated time to relate their practice to the guidance. Their many strengths were considered, as well as one or two areas for development, to ensure continuous improvement and high quality experiences for the children and families. Owner Helen Bell popped in during the day and saw just how focused everyone was – dedication on a Saturday!
