I was lucky enough to join the CALA team in November 2013 and I have never looked back. CALA is such a nice company to work for. I was given the opportunity to take on the role of Payroll Administrator which I was a bit nervous about as I had no experience in this line of work. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. I was given all the support I needed from my team and although I am still learning I am really enjoying the role.

Outside of CALA I like to spend time with my family. I have two little boys who keep me busy so never a dull moment. We own a caravan and love to go off on our adventures whenever we get the chance.

Linda Sutherland, Payroll Officer

I joined CALA in March 2017 as Payroll Administrator.  I have to say there is never a dull moment and I really enjoy working within the Dingwall Team.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.

Gillian Grant, HR Coordinator

I joined CALA in August 2014 starting out  as Clerical Assistant then moving onto the role of  Hr Administrator in October 2016. I really enjoy working within the Dingwall Team – I am always kept very busy with the day to day tasks within HR of the company.

Outside of CALA I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children and I also like to go shopping!

I joined CALA in September 2019 as a Clerical Assistant and am based at the Dingwall Office. Originally I am from London and I recently moved to the Highlands with my family. My role is varied and busy covering administration support for the Central Support team as well as ordering resources for our many Early Learning Centres and groups throughout the Highlands.  

In my spare time I love exploring the countryside and I also love to paint whenever I get time’
