Feedback from the Moray training event for - 'Dealing with Formal Sanctions/Discipline Procedures' training, led by Valerie Gale (CALA Operations Manager) was very positive, with course relevancy & material/resource appropriateness scoring high. The participants were also very keen to pass on their new-found knowledge and put their learning into practice, as was evident from some of the comments...
- 'Very useful as guidance for good practice – especially as the cases in which disciplinary procedures are necessary need quick action, so pro forma letters are helpful.'
- 'Clarified exact steps to take when it comes to disciplining staff on work performance, care of the child and meeting their needs.'
- 'As we are committee run, they [the material/resources] can be passed onto the next committee'
- 'Will share with educational co-ordinator & administrator''
