         Environmental Policy

We believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner. We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance. It is our intention to encourage our service users and associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all, we recognise that we have a duty of care towards future generations.

Below you will find links to CALA's Enviromental Policy Statement and Management Protocols. Centres may wish to adopt similar policies for their own use and tailor the guidelines to their own specfific needs.

*NB CALA suggests starting on on a smaller scale to include only those aspects which can be realistically implemented rather than over-reaching and creating tokenistic guidelines which are difficult to adhere to.
