Highland Council Commissioning Rates for 2014-15

The Commissioning Rates for all our pre-school groups working in partnership with Highland Council are now available and you can download them here.

We at Care and Learning Alliance have worked hard to ensure there is the capacity for wages to increase beyond the current inflation rate. With this in mind, I would urge all third sector employers to review these new commissioning figures and consider making appropriate increases to staff wages where possible.

If you need help to look at this in more depth, we will do our best to offer advice on reviewing wages in relation to these new rates.
